Sussex Parish Register Transcripts - Introduction

These publications consist of typed and surname indexed transcripts of the parish register and in most cases, variant entries from the surviving Bishop's Transcripts.

In an effort to continually improve our transcripts, we are in the process of extending the existing transcripts on the Mini CD's to 1900, as these are completed, they will be re issued on 120mm CD's as will all new transcripts.

Please note: These transcripts were originally produced on micro fiche up to Volume 34, although they are no longer produced in micro fiche format, there may still be a few copies available and if you really require fiche format, please contact the society for availability and price.

Volumes marked with *(S.F.H.G.) These items were previously published in microfiche format or A5 Booklet by the Sussex Family History Group and kindly supplied to the P.R.T. Society for scanning and publication as Mini CD’s.
